Poetic license evoked for writing under the influence
Of too many words present and past tense

I’m a doodle poet of sorts
Few lines written down on paper
My clowning around should be a caper
Black marker import and exports

Can you stand one more stanza?
Or are you going to read me my Miranda?
Well, we are almost done with this crime
Just maybe, I'll only get parole time
